Nina Arkilahti, Head of Business Banking, Nordea
Nina joined Nordea as Head of Business Banking and became a member of the Group Leadership Team on August 1, 2020.
Before joining Nordea she served as Country Head of Handelsbanken Finland from 2010 to 2020. Customers are really close to Nina’s heart. She enjoys meeting customers and helping them to find best solutions. She often says that high customer satisfaction is a key to a bank’s success. A bank needs to know its customers and deliver them products and services that customers need in order to succeed in their business. Nina holds a Master’s degree in Social Sciences from the University of Turku and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business Administration from Aalto University School of Business.
Elsa Bernadotte, Co-founder, President and COO of Karma
Elsa is passionate about creating a motivated high-growth organisation to galvanise the first Zero Food Waste Generation.
Prior to founding Karma, Elsa, a serial entrepreneur, founded Pop Fruits, where she spearheaded operations in four markets. Elsa sold the company and soon after founded Karma. She has been featured in Forbes 30-under-30 list, and Karma has been featured in both Fast Company’s Top 10 Most Innovative Companies in Europe and the top 100 hottest startups in Europe by Wired UK.
Pekka Koskinen, Founder & CEO of Leadfeeder
Pekka is a serial software entrepreneur and business angel, who has started several software companies by himself. Currently he’s the founder and CEO at Leadfeeder, a SaaS startup focusing on B2B lead generation. Previously, Pekka was the founder at Snoobi (acquired by Fonecta), Payment Highway (acquired by Osuuspankki), Solinor (acquired by Gofore) and Fraktio.
Pär-Jörgen Pärson, General Partner, Northzone
Pär-Jörgen has been a general partner at Northzone since 2004. At Northzone, his primary areas of focus are disruptive businesses in consumer internet, health and fintech.
His portfolio includes multi-billion dollar exits in market-defining companies such as Spotify, iZettle and Avito, as well as Pricerunner, Jasper, Videoplaza, and current companies like fuboTV, Spring Health, Play Dots and others. He appeared several times in Forbes’ Midas List.
Before joining Northzone, Pär-Jörgen ran his own investment firm and was a consultant at McKinsey. He holds an MBA from the Stockholm School of Economics.
Risto Siilasmaa, Founder and Chairman of F-Secure
Risto is the founder and Chairman of F‐Secure Corporation having served as President and CEO of the company in 1988-2006. He is also an active venture capital investor with over 30 active investments via First Fellow Partners, a fund management company where he is both a general partner and the only limited partner. Risto was the Chair of the Board of Directors of Nokia Corporation in 2012-2020. He joined the Nokia Board in 2008 and became Chair in 2012. Prior to that he also served as the Chair of the Board of Directors of Elisa Corporation in 2008-2012.
Risto is a board member of Futurice and Picosun and a member of Komatsu International Advisory Board, a member of the International Advisory Board at IESE Business School and a member of the Global Advisory Board of Yonsei University School of Business (YSB). In addition, Risto is a senior advisor to the Boston Consulting Group. Since 2017 he has served as a Finnish chairman of the China-Finland Committee for Innovative Business Cooperation.
