Sustainability is at the top of the agenda for all financial services providers as the industry grapples with the creation of an inclusive, sustainable transition that also captures shareholder value. To that end, Nordea Corporate & Investment banking and our sustainable finance team will jointly stage the annual Sustainable Finance conference for what should be some good debate and, hopefully, pointers towards real, positive action.
The audience will hear from thought leaders, leading experts in sustainability finance and top executives from the corporate world. Keynote speakers at the one-day conference will include the likes of Paras Anand, Fidelity International’s Head of asset management, Asia Pacific , Allison Kirkby, President and Group CEO, TDC Group and Tendayi Viki, renowned author and innovation consultant.
Panels at Sustainable Finance Conference
Apart from the insights shared by the conferences keynote speakers, three separate panel discussions will try to answer the following fundamental questions:
The panels consist of the sharpest minds in the sector drawn from regulators, corporates and academics. The panels will be moderated by financial journalist Mia Odabas who will in her own inimitable style ensure discussions will be thought-provoking and informative.
How are corporates creating sustainable shareholder value?
What are the implications for corporates and investors from sustainability-driven regulations?
How can technology help in solving global challenges?
The annual Nordea Sustainable Finance Conference is hosted by Nordea’s Mathias Leijon, Global Co-Head of Corporate & Investment banking and Thina Saltvedt, Chief Analyst.
The insights, reflections and outcome of the conference will be distributed on Open Insights.
